Spring has arrived! With it comes longer days, warmer temps, infamous winds, training, racing, and other cycling events. What are your goals for the season? If you don’t have any, set some! Whether it’s riding your first group ride, nailing an enduro race, racing your first stage race, beating your personal best in a time trial or getting fit for a mountain bike holiday, we all have goals. The question is, how do you turn those ambitions into reality? It’s never too late to make these goals. Set a specific and realistic goal with a specific and realistic plan to match. Keep track of your progress and just go for it! What do you have to lose? You are still faster than anyone that resorts to a unhealthy full-time spot on the sofa.
So if you need some motivation for some goal setting, here are some upcoming events that you may want to consider.
